In Fortune today, I argue that the extent to which ChatGPT will replace writers in corporations and other institutions boils down not to how good ChatGPT is, but rather:

“How much of the volume of corporate communication is a sincere attempt to communicate strategies, build culture and create a human connection between an organization’s leaders and its stakeholders? And how much of it is just filling the vacuum with corporate noise …?”
