You should, it's good for mental health. Writing Bootista Eileen Burmeister shares one of her favorite "Fake AP" rules:

Avoid using masculine pronouns in sentences where the subject's gender is not specified. Broads find it offensive.

    I love the Fake AP Stylebook!!
    It’s so funny that you post this, because when I saw it the first thing I thought of was that I could hear YOU saying this. Obviously, I was correct.
    P.S. How come Eileen gets a cool handle?? Writing Bootista?! Come ON!!! She doesn’t even drink coffee!!!
