Studs Terkel, live on in us

Here's how I'll try to remember Studs Terkel, from whom I learned a lot about communication, and the humans who do try it.

I heard about Studs’ death on the weekend and immediately thought of you.
This is sad. From your descriptions, Studs sounded like what my Black Irish grandma used to call “a character”. I feel like I got to know him a little from your sharing your experiences with him.
Maybe the best thing any of us can hope for as a eulogy on our brief lives here, is that people remember us fondly, and tell great, funny, irreverant stories about us. If so, Studs will be honoured appropriately by you and everyone you tell these stories to.
