* By God, I loved that Flip video camera, and the easy-peasy editing software that came with it. After they discontinued it, I never found anything quite (or even nearly) simple enough to allow me to stitch together a little film of a day, the same day I’d filmed it, with a cocktail at my elbow. Reader, am I missing some modern-day Flip-type device? And don’t say “your phone.” I’m not making movies on my phone. —DM
