As the head of the Professional Speechwriters Association, I should probably live in D.C., the epicenter of speechwriting.
But I get there a couple times a year.
And when I do—as I did this week to help run Eric Schnure's PSA Masterclass on leadership storytelling—I've got a lot of people to see, and a lot of projects to discuss.
Between Monday and Wednesday, I visited Howard University, lectured at American University, met a dozen speechwriter pals and other important contacts—and hung out happily with 15 customers.
What people did I see? What projects did I discuss?
Subpoena me.
