On communication, professional and otherwise.

Thai food for thought, for Christmas

12.19.2018 by David Murray // Leave a Comment

Bewilderingly, we are flying to Thailand for the holidays, for a family ramble with my father-in-law and his wife Jutatip, who live there.

Jutatip is a great cook, and recently posted photos of her famous meatballs with this ebullient caption, with typically poetic Facebook English translation:

"If you want to eat, there is a ball. Run to the mall. Let's get 3 kilos of meat. Eat it for a cork. The head of the servant 555 life is good!!"

In a subsequent post, 48406427_2224600954251924_7596184304799973376_oJutatip said, "Where do I have to pick up medicine at the channel? Oh, I'm so sick of my liver. My brothers and sisters will die for a while!! The Pond is underground."

This is going to be some trip.

Or, as Jutatip recently observed, "No one knows what tomorrow will happen. Certainty is uncertainty. What is left is goodness. No one knows tomorrow!!"
