“Content” isn’t. (Or is it?)

A marketing company wins an award for a magazine it creates and ejaculates on social media, "Content at its finest!"

Friends, a decade after the advent of "content marketing," something's got to give:

Will marketers someday find a more conversationally palatable term for the writing and videos they make for you to read and watch?

Or will we one day hear ourselves tell the guy on the next barstool, "Oh, that reminds me of this amazeballs content you totally have to consume …"?
