Variations on the old strongman routine

My mother wrote a novel called Jesus, Adolf and Pete. These days, it's all about Adolf, Benito and Donald. Watching Donald Trump's speech at the Republican National Convention a couple weeks ago, I noted that he had "some Mussolini stuff going on." As you'll see from the video, it's as if Trump studied Il Duce. (As opposed to Hitler, whose very different and oddly feminine stagecraft is demonstrated below by my Danish rhetoric consultant friend Christian Eversbush, in a video I shot a few years ago in Copenhagen.)
