This Labor Day weekend I'm at the Kewaunee Hog Days festival, playing golf in a 36-hole "Hog Days Golf Tournament," running in a four-mile "Hog Days Stampede" and eating lots of pork with the family and some friends. Spiritually, I'll be communing with Writing Boots barbecue consultant Ron Shewchuk, who loves him some meat.
