Couple of damned good questions

A Waseem Abbas, who identifies himself as a student at Virtual University of Pakistan, asks members of the Leadership and Communication Trainings group on LinkedIn,

"Can any one tell me the importance things or Basic things about communication?"

And then he follows up: "How to communicate with peoples using Effectiveness?"

And the group falls silent, at once embarrassed at the stupid questions, and stumped by them.
