Yesterday we announced the winners of the E2E Communication Awards for excellence in employee communication. Congratulations to all winners. Especially during these scary times, it's inspiring to see people doing courageous, ambitious work.

In presenting some of the best of the best at the Employee Engagement, HR and Social Media 2010 conference in Chicago yesterday, Steve Crescenzo spoke to the difficulty of good employee communication—and the necessity.

    David, it was good to catch up with you a bit, and to hear Steve’s comments at the Communitelligence conference. The E2E Communication Award winners have some good ideas to share with the rest of us.
    Next year, you’re either going to have to have a second videographer, or you’re going to have to chain one of Steve’s legs to the table, so that he stays in-frame.
    I think the chain might be kinky enough to interest him.
