My Mad Man-era adman dad didn't imagine a woman running General Motors. But as I write in Crain's Chicago Business, he saw something even more radical. He thought companies would be run by "people you and I will like very much. Not only because they will make our lives as communicators easier, but because they’ll make them so much more exciting, so much more of an important part of business even than it is today."
Been thinking a lot about my dad, and my mom. More on them later this week.
