In the early days of Facebook, I forgave people their terrible post titles, because they hadn't spent their careers writing headlines. But you see it and I see it: A decade on, amateur communicators aren't getting better at writing grabby Facebook posts. Rather, professional communicators (many of whom I count as Facebook friends) are getting worse. And I'm worried that in another 10 years, this growing incompetence will spread to the front page of my Sunday paper.
