First-grader Scout is on the honor roll, and home comes a "Certificate of Achievement," signed by the principal and the homeroom teacher, with a Wendy's logo on top.

Scout is a member of "Wendy's All-Stars," and the certificate is good for "a tasty reward that's better than any other!"

A fast-food hamburger.

    Good thing a first grader’s aspirations are unformed. I mean, a trip to Paris might be better than most rewards, but not sure even it is “better than any other!” So, what’s Wendy’s position on the child obesity situation?

    I like to think of whiskey and a cigarette as the favorite reward for my toddler.
